PRIVACY · DATA HANDLING
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNXW marketing website, user panel and subscription services. It explains why information is collected, how it is used and how it is managed. External websites and payment providers handle data under their own policies; please review their notices before visiting their pages.
Account Data and Processing Purposes
VPNXW does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password, so an email address is not collected as a required registration detail. Account identifiers, authentication information, subscription status and data usage are used to verify identity, provide the service and show remaining allowances. Passwords are authentication credentials; do not include them in support tickets.
Order records include plan selections, amounts, payment status and transaction reference information. They are used to activate subscriptions, reconcile accounts and process refunds. Details and attachments submitted in support tickets are used to investigate the reported issue. Before submitting, remove unrelated personal information, sensitive payment details and complete subscription URLs.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Data
VPNXW follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through its subscription services, store browsing history, request contents or DNS query history, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Website analytics and subscription traffic are handled separately; the former is not used to create browsing records for the latter.
Temporary session states needed to maintain a connection are used only while the service is running and released when the connection ends; they are not archived as connection logs. Account-level cumulative traffic is used to measure plan usage and does not include destination websites or communications content. Operational maintenance may use aggregated fault and resource status information, but does not use it to create individual browsing records.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help assess page visits, on-site navigation and button use so that content and workflows can be improved. Analytics are limited to website pages and do not include content transmitted over subscription routes. Authentication credentials, complete subscription URLs and support ticket contents should not be included in analytics events.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login status and language preferences. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again or reselect your preferences. After using a shared device, log out and clear the locally stored login state.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNXW supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization, transaction confirmation and related identity checks are handled by the relevant payment provider or channel. VPNXW uses order information and payment results for reconciliation and does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets. Each third party handles transaction data under its own policy.
Information is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, handle user requests or meet applicable legal obligations. When sharing with a service partner is necessary, the purpose and scope of the information should be limited. For legally submitted requests, their basis is verified, and only data actually held by this service is handled.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to use the account and provide the service. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete accounting, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics and support ticket data are retained according to their respective purposes, not indefinitely for convenience. When the purpose ends and no retention obligation applies, data is deleted or de-identified.
To access, correct or delete your data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying the information involved. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deleting authentication or subscription data may affect your use of the service; if some data must be retained, the scope and reason will be explained. Clearing browser data does not delete your account on the service's servers.
Policy Updates and Questions
If this policy changes, the updated content and month of the latest revision will be shown on this page. Material changes to processing purposes or data scope will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be handled as applicable; publishing an update does not replace the need for that consent.
For questions about data use, deletion progress or this policy, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel. For service use and refund terms, see the Terms of Service. This policy explains data processing and does not replace the plan and service terms.
